Helicopter Elopement in The Rocky Mountains

This helicopter elopement in the Rocky Mountains was nothing short of a dream. This was my second time photographing an elopement in Valemount, and I was so excited to again get to explore such a unique and diverse place. I found myself soaking in all the details of the landscape, and feeling overwhelmed with all the endless possibilities around us. The wild untouched land, mountains and thriving ecosystems shook me, but the star was of course the jaw dropping Kiwa Glacier. I’ll never forget the moment we saw it in the air as we flew above, all three of us mouthed “ohhh myyy goddd”.
Happy tears were shed, and I felt so lucky to be there celebrating with them.
